We arrived early afternoon and had a quick look around the City on the tour bus - lots of French Architecture including the Notre Dam Cathedral, the Old Post Office , The Opera House and the old Rex Hotel.
Lots of scooter and motorcycle traffic! Also we passed the old US Embassy (now a Consulate) and a market and museum.
We are moored in the middle of the City, interesting manoeuvres to get into position!
