Port Vendres

 Today a 9am arrival in Port Vendres

which is just on the Spain and France border. A tender port. 

We went to visit a local Banyul winery where they make s fortified wine.

 Came into Gibraltar in the fog!!! The rock a bit obscured but it will clear soon …

We went on a small tour with afternoon tea …

All at sea!!!

 Just passing the Scilly Isles. Getting warmer!!

Now heading South!!

Turn around in Liverpool

 Tanning advantage of the empty laundry rooms and coffee lounges!!

Then some shopping!

Back to Liverpool!!

Cobh Ireland

 We’ve arrived in Cobh (near Cork) Ireland this morning. Being a Sunday very quiet! Last port of the Titanic  

We went on a coach trip and ended up shopping in Kindale

  

Another small diversion!!

 Instead of Kirkwall and the Orkneys we’re going back down the Irish Sea to Cork in Ireland. Mind you, the shipping forecast of Force 6-8 occasional 9 did seem a little rough!!!

We passed last night Fingals cave on Staffa and are now sailing past Ailsa Craig this morning.
