Cobh Ireland

We’ve arrived in Cobh (near Cork) Ireland this morning. Being a Sunday very quiet! Last port of the Titanic

We went on a coach trip and ended up shopping in Kindale

Another small diversion!!

Instead of Kirkwall and the Orkneys we’re going back down the Irish Sea to Cork in Ireland. Mind you, the shipping forecast of Force 6-8 occasional 9 did seem a little rough!!!

We passed last night Fingals cave on Staffa and are now sailing past Ailsa Craig this morning.

Belfast

Today we were in Belfast port. We took the shuttle to the Donegal Square and then the hop on hop off bus around Belfast. Then a visit to the Titanic museum. Back in time for tea!

Small diversion

Due to the rough weather of western Ireland we’ve diverted up the east side in the Irish Sea. Next stop is therefore Belfast for a small diversion.

But it’s quite pleasant where we are. Big pod of dolphins this morning!

Dolphins spotted and there was a murder mystery in the afternoon.
