Lovely sunny day of sightseeing.

We did an open top bus tour seeing all the sights, ate at the Hard Rock at pier 39, took a boat through the Golden Gate and round Alcatraz ... a very full day!

Wildlife tour in Banff

Starting from the Fox Suites we went on a wildlife tour and other sights with Banff Tours.

Saw a moose (very young by the road side) and Boo the Grizzly Bear ....

Fox Suites

Kamploops to Banff by Rocky Montaineer

On the train with an early morning start. Took the route ending up with the Rockies and Banff.

Saw eagles and elk, lots of rivers, glaciers and a little snow. Changed to Mountain time and we are now in the Fox Suites in Banff, with two levels, bedroom and bathroom on the lower, sitting room and kitchen on the upper floor!

At the station and waiting to go at 7.30 am. Then by train to Kamloops. Saw lots of wildlife on the way.

We arrived in the Plaza Hotel for an overnight stay - ate in their Restaurant.
